The Writ of Kalikasan, along with Writ of Amparo, materialized during the term of Chief Justice Renato Puno at the Philippine Supreme Court. It is based on the rights to a balanced and healthful ecology and right to health as indicated in the Philippine 1987 Constitution. There are laws put into place to protect consumers against consumer debt collectors. There is the federal law the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and each state has implemented its own fair debt collection laws. The state of California has released its own fair debt collection laws. In this report both the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the California Fair Debt Collection Practices Act will be discussed.

Understand that your lawyer has laws to abide to and things may move slowly in your case. Motions and briefs will need to be filed, and it can be frustrating. People who have examined the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act say that the effects of it are actually worse than those that would have been possible with the Stop Online Piracy Act. It will give the government the right to freely snoop on all its citizens. Microsoft, AT &T and other large organizations would have to hand over information without a warrant.

The Indian arms act of 1959 has its genesis in Indian arms act of 1878 which was enacted during the days of the Raj when Lord Lytton was the Viceroy of India. The arms act of 1959 is a regressive act and puts many restrictions on average Indian citizens from owning guns. In addition certain classes of guns like automatics are banned for private citizens.
